Aastha Keswani earned her Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from Manipal University, graduating first in her class and receiving the Gold Medal for academic excellence. She later completed a Master’s in Applied Exercise Physiology from Teachers College, Columbia University. Aastha previously worked at a dynamic outpatient clinic in New York City, treating runners, athletes, dancers, and active individuals.
