About Aastha Keswani
Aastha Keswani earned her Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from Manipal University, graduating first in her class and receiving the Gold Medal for academic excellence. She later completed a Master’s in Applied Exercise Physiology from Teachers College, Columbia University.
Aastha previously worked at a dynamic outpatient clinic in New York City, treating runners, athletes, dancers, and active individuals. Her clinical experience spans outpatient settings across orthopedics, sports injury, weekend warriors, gym freak and women’s health.
Aastha takes a patient-centered, movement-based approach to care. She has additional training in strength training and kinesiology taping, and a special interest in sports rehabilitation. Outside the clinic, she enjoys dancing, traveling, staying active, and exploring new cafés.

Aastha did an excellent job accessing my ankle sprain recovery and progressively increasing the intensity of strength exercises while maintaining a balance with the flexibility as well. The practice is professionally run and they also ensures comfort.

I came here for disc bulge issue multilevel, cervical & back. One thing that comes about Nees Physical Therapy is they treat every patient personally. They make sessions one to one. Therepist always listen to your problem & work on it. Sometimes more than treating we need someone to listen to your problem & treat you.

I came to Aastha because my lower back pain. Was starting to affect everything from sitting at work to experiencing. She took the time to figure out what was causing the pain instead of treating the symptom the treatment was personalized. My pain is better & Im able to go back to my youtine with more confidence.
