Well, seasoned, well-educated, and I love what I do. I want to hear you and what you want for your life. I will listen carefully to you and ask questions that will guide you to the right answers for you. You are the expert on yourself. You may not know that yet or even believe it but we will get there with Ahas and Yesses ... and some Oh Nos. Working with you is a privilege for me as well as my life calling. Both tears and laughter will be part of our work together.
I love mixing art therapy and conversation to get to the root of your struggles. We'll use a whole self approach, addressing the needs of your mind, body, and spirit. I will also promote mindfulness to help you develop a deeper relationship with yourself. This is your time. I will be gentle and honest and mindful myself to assure that we are working well together. In a good therapeutic relationship, both of us will experience growth and I will let you know how you are influencing my life for the better.
