I specialize in working with individuals who struggle with substance use and other co-occurring disorders, such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, and overall life stressors. My style of therapy is centered around person-centered care, while integrating skills and techniques of cognitive-behavioral therapy. My primary goal is to meet you exactly where you are.
