Dr. Danielle Virgadamo is the director of psychological assessment at CBA and a psychologist with expertise in using evidence-based practices with children, adolescents, and families, as well as conducting comprehensive psychological evaluations. Dr. Virgadamo received her doctorate in clinical psychology with a concentration in child and school psychology from Long Island University. She completed her postdoctoral fellowship at Cognitive Behavioral Associates, where she received foundational training in DBT. Dr. Virgadamo then spent several years at Kennedy Krieger Institute, where she developed and launched the psychological assessment clinic in the Center for Developmental and Behavioral Health, supervised interns, post-docs, and staff, practiced CBT and DBT, and ran DBT-A multifamily groups.

Psychological and Neuropsychological Evaluations Psychological and neuropsychological evaluations are comprehensive and can include any combination of the following domains: cognitive, academic, executive functioning (ADHD), memory, personality, autism, expressive and receptive language, adaptive skills, social skills, diagnostic clarification, and career testing. The fee for a full evaluation is $6000 and includes the following: - a 60-minute intake session - communication with relevant professionals if desired (e.g., teachers, pediatricians, therapists, psychiatrists) - several assessment days (typically 2-3 days, approximately 5 hours per day) - a comprehensive report with results, interpretation, diagnostic impressions, and recommendations - a 45-minute feedback session to discuss results and recommendations The intake deposit is $500 and will be applied to the cost of the evaluation with the balance split between the remaining testing and feedback sessions. A payment method must be provided at the time of the intake session. At this time, we are only able to accept credit card payments. Therapy Information For clients wishing to book weekly therapy sessions, the initial 60-minute intake appointment is $500, and 45-minute therapy sessions are $350. Although we are out of network, many clients submit our receipts for out-of-network reimbursement.
