Yes, this process will take work, but I know that together, you can make it through anything whether it be anxiety, depression, or self-esteem. I use an eclectic approach to counseling which utilizes various theories and techniques. If something doesn’t work for you, we will collaborate to find something that does. Everyone has strengths even when feeling the need to get help from others. I’m here to help you find those. You can make it through.

I was never a fan of therapy, because I am slow to open-up. Samantha let me discuss my personal issue at a pace I was comfortable with. She didn't pry and was an easy person to talk to.
