I have an ample amount of experience with children and adolescents, as well as families, individuals, and couples. I have a true passion for what I do. Yes, this process will take work, but I know that together, you can make it through anything whether it be anxiety, depression, or self-esteem. I use an eclectic approach to counseling which utilizes various theories and techniques. If something doesn’t work for you, we will collaborate to find something that does. I was never a fan of therapy, because I am slow to open-up. Samantha let me discuss my personal issue at a pace I was comfortable with. She didn't pry and was an easy person to talk to.
