Office staff was pleasant and helpful, I found my Physical Therapist to be extremely helpful, polite, funny made me feel at ease. The location was clean, I would recommend them to anyone who asked for a good Physical Therapist. I had noticed on the website they received a grade of 2 stars without any explanation why. I don’t understand it because I found this place to be very helpful. And I don’t like going to medical offices of any kind.

Sam collaborates closely with physicians and sports medicine teams to ensure an integrated approach for the quickest return to performance and injury prevention. He instills confidence in his patients through thorough education, communication, and demonstrations of the work in action.
Sam is an avid bicyclist and outdoor enthusiast, having completed several Ironman triathlons and bike races across the country. You can likely find him out on a hike, enjoying the many bike trails, or training for an upcoming race. Sam attended the University of St. Thomas where he earned his B.S. in Exercise Science and was also an All-American swimmer. He then attended the University of Jamestown where he earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy. He then went on to complete his sports residency at BodyCentral Physical Therapy.
