I believe that the health of our closest relationships is a strong predictor of our emotional well-being. I am particularly passionate about helping my clients heal intergenerational trauma by working with individuals who have experienced childhood abuse and neglect, face attachment-related challenges, or struggle in their relationships with themselves and others. I also love supporting parents and caregivers seeking help with behavior management, parenting stress, or wanting to build closer connections with their children.
I have been serving my community in the behavioral and mental health fields for a total of 12 years. I hold a Bachelor's degree from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and a Master's in Social Work from California State University, East Bay. I feel strongly about keeping mental healthcare affordable and accessible for our community.
