I have always had an excellent experience. The physical therepy sessions have been good. Sara is wonderful, kind, through, and she explains the rational behind each new exercise. In the past I have also had the pleasure of working with all your therepists and you are blessed to have such a good crew! Your office staff is efficent & pleasant. I love comming here!

More about Sara Riedel, PT
Sara Riedel, P.T., originally a Floridian, graduated from the University of Florida’s Physical Therapy program in 1997. She has been practicing for 18 years in a variety of settings including acute medical/surgical care, neurology, and outpatient orthopedics. She also has a special interest in vestibular rehab and balance. Sara relocated to Connecticut in 2003 after four years of experience at the Hospital for Special Surgery in NYC. There she worked in acute care as well as in the Spine and Rheumatology Department. She taught programs such as a specialized exercise class for patients with osteoporosis. She was also a speaker at professional continuing education courses and for the Hunter College Physical Therapy Department. She has been a physical therapist here at Center Rehab since 2005. Sara is an avid runner, and also enjoys spinning, swimming, yoga, skiing, and hiking. Her favorite past time is spending time with her family. She and her husband and two boys live in Milford and plan to stay.

I have balance issue & still have some though much less than I had. Working w Sara has definitely increased my strength & duration. Saras delightful personality and positive attitude has helped me alot. She always is working to help me improve my balance!
