I offer telehealth therapy for teens and adults, guiding them toward improved mental health and personal growth. I bring expertise in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness techniques, psychodynamic therapy, play therapy, and other evidence-based approaches.
