Sarah Beth holds a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling along with a bachelor’s degree in Health Promotion. Sarah Beth has been a part of the health field for years and has a passion in helping others to create balance and connection between one’s mental, physical, and spiritual self. She values working alongside her clients to identify attainable goals so that they can fully embrace themselves. Sarah Beth also enjoys supporting clients in creating a healthy relationship with themselves and their bodies.
