Hello, are you experiencing stress, depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, or isolation? Do you need someone to talk to, be heard, validated, and process your thoughts and feelings? Are you struggling to reach your goals, manage your emotions, and adapt coping skills to meet your needs? Maybe you are stressed out by life’s twists and turns, overwhelmed, and don’t know where to start. Or maybe you are grieving the loss of someone or something. If you are tired of not feeling good and want to feel better, I would like to help.I have over 7 years of experience working with clients with depression, anxiety, and other emotional/behavioral concerns. I like to take a wholistic approach incorporating the mind and body in healing while building upon your strengths and connection to others. I work with you to develop a treatment plan based on your goals and aspirations.
I am friendly, empathetic, and easy going. I can take a more hands off approach and focus on letting you tell your story and/or I can also be more hands on and give you tools and skills to use in achieving your goals. I treat everyone with respect and unconditional positive regard. I and am here to support you on your journey and look forward to meeting you!
