Sarah is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a bachelor’s degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology in International Affairs and a master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Denver. She has been practicing clinical mental health work since 2017 in a variety of settings, including community agencies and private practice.
Sarah specializes in working with adults, adolescents and couples in managing anxiety, depression, negative thinking, stress, relationship issues, and making positive lifestyle changes. Her therapy style combines warmth and compassion with holistic health and mindful awareness in addition to research-based practices such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Gottman Method Couples Therapy.
