Hi! I am Sarah Murphy, a Licensed Professional and Nationally Certified Counselor. I specialize in counseling people who have cancer or other serious illnesses. In addition, I have advanced training in working with couples.
If you are interested in using a holistic, mind-body-spirit approach, we may be a good fit! I am a longtime meditator and am a certified practitioner of EFT, the emotional freedom techniques, which is a holistic and evidence-based tool that is quite effective for trauma (like a cancer diagnosis) and difficult emotions (which often affect our relationships, and our health).
