Dr. Sarah Murtagh is excited to be back "home" in Lindenhurst, treating the community that she has gotten to know and love. Sarah grew up in North Babylon, and fell in love with Physical Therapy after injuring her knee playing field hockey. She was thrilled to find a career path that combined both medicine and athletics. That passion brought her to the University of Delaware, where she graduated with an honors degree in Athletic Training, with a minor in Strength and Conditioning. From there, Sarah took her studies to Duke University, where she earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2012. In her free time, Sarah likes to cook and grow vegetables in her garden, spend time with her friends and family, and continue to make her new house into a home with her husband. Dr. Sarah has been treating all over Long Island for over 10 years, and can't wait to see the familiar faces that come to see her and the team at Blue!
