“Cynthia is a wonderful physical therapist striking the balance between having a wealth of knowledge and being personable and positive. She is also very attentive to her clients needs. I appreciated the adjustments we made to my treatment depending on the day and how I was feeling. I also appreciated the variety of exercises to either isolate one area or work on multiple areas for my treatment. I highly recommend her.”

I just turned 65 and this was my first ever physical therapy session. Cynthia was great and immediately addressed my issue. I’m certain that my future sessions will completely resolve my issue.

After running my first 10k I seriously injured my left knee. After going in for an x-ray, I was recommended to start physical therapy if I had any illusions of running again. Cynthia not only evaluated my stride but incorporated exercises to strengthen the muscles supporting my knee in an efficient and cheerful manner. She really listened to my overall goals, and I was able to run my firs half marathon after four months of physical therapy-without a single injury! Thank you to Spear and Cynthia for helping me reach my goals!
Truly exceptional care from front to back, everyone was so pleasant to work with. Cynthia was always ready to listen and help out where she can as a provider. Above and beyond all around.
