I have a passion for promoting healing and growth in clients who are experiencing transition. Often, they are dealing with anxiety and depression. You may be divorcing, laid off, retiring, re-careering, widowed, or an empty nester and want to learn new ways to cope and move forward. I hear clients say they feel “stuck,” “unsure,” “confused,” “anxious,” and/or “afraid” of change. I am a unique combination of Licensed Professional Counselor and trained Life Coach with thousands of hours of one-on-one experience. I earned my Master’s in Counseling, Child, Marriage, and Family Therapy from the University of Phoenix. This means we can heal your past and create your future. My successful clients go from surviving to thriving!
I offer treatment modalities that address that ‘stinkin’-thinkin’, challenge your negative beliefs, and tap into purposeful living! I support you holistically—mind, body, and spirit.
