Sarah earned her Masters of Social Work from Portland State University and is a certified addictions counselor. Sarah has worked in addiction recovery for 13 years. She has extended training in the treatment of addictions, trauma, post-traumatic stress disorder, anxiety and mood disorders. Sarah‘s approach to counseling is client-centered and also includes eye movement desensitization and reprocessing, attachment-based therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy. Sarah is passionate about helping others to access their inner resources to move toward recovery, wholeness, and health. As a therapist, she will work with you to help you identify your desires and empower you to make those positive changes in your life.
