Aloha Mcgregor, LPC

Psychotherapist
7762 Hampton Pl, Loganville, GA
I'm a licensed therapist who is passionate about helping individuals find balance, clarity, and healing in the midst of life's challenges. I specialize in working with adults—particularly women and helping professionals—who are navigating anxiety, burnout, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices, while also honoring the importance of each client's unique experiences, values, and cultural background. I use an integrative style that may include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), attachment-based work, mindfulness, and, for those who desire it, faith-based counseling. I believe that therapy should be both practical and meaningful—providing you with tools you can use in your daily life while also creating space for deeper insight and lasting change. My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where you feel seen, heard, and empowered. Together, we will work to help you better understand yourself, strengthen your coping skills, and move toward a more grounded, intentional, and fulfilling life.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
