I specialize in helping young adults navigate the complex transition into adulthood. Many people in their 20s and early 30s feel overwhelmed by career decisions, relationship challenges, family expectations, and uncertainty about the future. My goal is to provide a supportive space where clients can explore these challenges, better understand themselves, and develop practical strategies for growth.
My approach to therapy is collaborative and strengths-focused. I believe clients are the experts on their own experiences, and therapy works best when we work together to identify patterns, clarify values, and build skills that support meaningful change. I integrate evidence-based approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care tailored to each individual’s needs.
I have over 14 years of experience supporting young adults facing anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, life transitions, and questions around identity and independence. My goal is to help clients develop clarity, resilience, and confidence as they move forward in their lives.
