I'm here to help. I specialize in working with adults, particularly parents and professionals, who are experiencing perfectionism, anxiety, depression, and the ever-challenging work-life balance. Together, we'll use a variety of techniques to identify both the barriers and the opportunities to lead the kind of life you want.
