I work with adults and young adults who feel overwhelmed, stuck in patterns that no longer serve them, or are navigating significant life changes. I believe growth is possible at any stage, and my role is to walk alongside you as you build clarity, steadiness, and self-trust.
I have experience supporting individuals navigating mental health conditions, physical and neurological disabilities, and challenges related to housing and resource access. My background includes systems-based work and advocacy, and we can explore how larger systems have shaped your experiences while building both internal skills and practical strategies to navigate them more effectively.
I often work with clients experiencing patterns that feel difficult to change, including OCD- and ADHD-related behaviors, substance use, and executive functioning challenges. Together, we focus on developing insight, practical tools, and sustainable change that aligns with your values and environment.
I aim to meet you where you are, bringing a calm, grounding presence and space for thoughtful reflection. We can focus on what feels most important to you, at your own pace. I also incorporate somatic awareness—paying attention to how stress, anxiety, and emotions show up in the body—and I prioritize integrating spiritual or personal belief systems when they are important to you.
Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, especially if you’re used to handling things on your own. Even if you’re unsure where to begin, recognizing that something in you is ready for more clarity or steadiness is enough to take the first step.
