Dr. Shadi Haddad graduated from California State Northridge in 2015 with a degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis on Exercise Science and Azusa Pacific University in 2019 with a Doctorate in Physical therapy. Dr. Haddad's primary area of expertise is in Orthopedics and Chronic Pain conditions. Dr. Haddad believes in treating the whole person versus the body part, and is dedicated to helping his patients achieve their goals of doing what they love to do better than they ever could before.
Dr. Haddad began his journey to becoming a physical therapist by observing physical therapy clinics across Santa Clarita Valley, working as a physical therapist aide, and then was admitted to APU where he would earn his doctorate in physical therapy. Early on during his observation, Dr. Haddad was able to witness the life-changing benefits of physical therapy on everyday patients from changing the way they moved, to how they were able to play with their grandchildren again. Dr. Haddad prioritizes the patient’s goals, educating them on what they can do to better their physical well being, and explaining the benefits of physical therapy to everyday life.
Dr. Haddad has also expanded his clinical expertise for treating athletes by becoming certified by the National Strength and Conditioning Association as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. As a former captain of his Track and Field team, Dr. Haddad has an intimate understanding of the drive of each athlete to improve, get back on the field, and win. Dr. Haddad aims to help every athlete he treats return to their sport or activity better than before.
Dr. Haddad is certified as a Therapeutic Pain Specialist, classifying him as one of just under 500 medical professionals in the nation who are trained to treat complex and chronic pain conditions.
