The automated messages I received from the office had another doctors name in them which was confusing. I had to call the morning of my appointment to ask them to send me the link for the video call. The doctor showed up 10 minutes late to the call. She seemed a little distracted while we were talking but overall was friendly. I went to her for help refilling a prescription since my usual doctor was unavailable, so appreciate the office taking my appointment last minute.

Dr. Esrail was honestly one of the kindest and most attentive doctors I’ve seen in a long time. She took the time to really listen to my concerns, explained everything thoroughly, and made me feel comfortable and not judged at all. I left feeling genuinely reassured and cared for, which is rare these days.
The office was also beautiful, organized, and the staff was incredibly welcoming. Overall such a positive experience and I’m really grateful I found her. Highly recommend!

This is the first time that I’ve been to the office and the appointment was right on time. I saw the doctor and she listened to me and made the corrections in my medicine so I was very happy. I should be getting it from the pharmacy today. I go back in two weeks, but it’s kind of nice to be able to get on the on the app and book an appointment and see that available times the nice thing is that I didn’t have to wait months to see a doctor. I don’t usually write reviews, but I really felt like Dr. Rachelle deserved one. She is honestly such a great doctor warm, caring, and so easy to talk to.
She really took her time with me, listened to everything I had to say, and made me feel completely comfortable. I never felt rushed or brushed off, which is so rare. You can tell she truly cares about her patients and wants to help in every way she can.
What stood out to me most is how thorough she is. She explains things in a way that actually makes sense, and you can tell she really knows what she’s doing. I left feeling reassured, taken care of, and grateful to have found her.
I would absolutely recommend Dr. Rachelle to anyone looking for a kind, smart, thorough doctor who really goes above and beyond.

Dr. Rachel was amazing! Right away, I felt like she wanted to know me and why I was seeking treatment. She went over pertinent medical history. She took the time to answer my questions. Several hours later, she called me to clarify information on medication she had prescribed.

Seemed very short and uninterested in helping. Tried to renew my handicap placard, told me she would recommend another ortho Dr, or if I sent medical records in, she might be able to help, I sent them immediately after my appointment because this was a simple process especially since once she had all my medical records, never heard back from her or never got any ortho recommendations or anything since she obviously didn’t want to help, LEFT ME HANGING, I messaged them after my appointment to please let me know ASAP so I can make ride arrangements for work, didn’t bother to let me know!

Staff were very friendly however I had a pap smear apt thinking i was booking with a gyno so maybe she wasn’t as experienced with doing this regularly. I was introduced to the doctor being disappointed that i wasn’t undressed and ready (despite nurse telling me the dr would let me know), Dr. seemed somewhat annoyed the whole visit as well. I wasn’t told anything before the speculum touched up there and i flinched from cold and surprise, (no this is only gonna hurt a little or anything) maybe I should’ve asked for more guidance but I did let her know it was my first pap smear. She started being better at bedside manners once i was crying from pain (i cry a lot i’m sure it was a normal pap smear amt of pain). She seemed to want to be out of there asap.

Dr. Esrail is an exceptional primary care physician—thorough, compassionate, and attentive. She takes the time to listen, explains things clearly, and makes you feel truly cared for. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and knowledgeable doctor.

Tried to get appointment, no virtual link sent out unless I called customer service line. They sent a link for the wrong time. No doctor showed up to virtual appointment. Had to call in again and said I needed to pay before seeing doctor but they never sent anything to pay until I called. Got a phone call from the doctor instead of video chat. Not sure who I met and no follow up has been provided even though needing this for work the same day which they said they could do
