Dr. Rachel was amazing! Right away, I felt like she wanted to know me and why I was seeking treatment. She went over pertinent medical history. She took the time to answer my questions. Several hours later, she called me to clarify information on medication she had prescribed.

When googling her, the only phone number to reach her was in another office and they had no clue how to reach her.

It’s hard to find doctors who will actually listen to every concern, and tailor it to what you need and want. She addressed all my multiple concerns, and so quickly gave different options and any referrals needed. I would highly recommend.

Seemed very short and uninterested in helping. Tried to renew my handicap placard, told me she would recommend another ortho Dr, or if I sent medical records in, she might be able to help, I sent them immediately after my appointment because this was a simple process especially since once she had all my medical records, never heard back from her or never got any ortho recommendations or anything since she obviously didn’t want to help, LEFT ME HANGING, I messaged them after my appointment to please let me know ASAP so I can make ride arrangements for work, didn’t bother to let me know!

Staff were very friendly however I had a pap smear apt thinking i was booking with a gyno so maybe she wasn’t as experienced with doing this regularly. I was introduced to the doctor being disappointed that i wasn’t undressed and ready (despite nurse telling me the dr would let me know), Dr. seemed somewhat annoyed the whole visit as well. I wasn’t told anything before the speculum touched up there and i flinched from cold and surprise, (no this is only gonna hurt a little or anything) maybe I should’ve asked for more guidance but I did let her know it was my first pap smear. She started being better at bedside manners once i was crying from pain (i cry a lot i’m sure it was a normal pap smear amt of pain). She seemed to want to be out of there asap.

Dr. Esrail is an exceptional primary care physician—thorough, compassionate, and attentive. She takes the time to listen, explains things clearly, and makes you feel truly cared for. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and knowledgeable doctor.

Tried to get appointment, no virtual link sent out unless I called customer service line. They sent a link for the wrong time. No doctor showed up to virtual appointment. Had to call in again and said I needed to pay before seeing doctor but they never sent anything to pay until I called. Got a phone call from the doctor instead of video chat. Not sure who I met and no follow up has been provided even though needing this for work the same day which they said they could do
