I was off for couple days from work due to illness. Have an appointment with her, she is nice and professional but when i ask for the dr’s note she didn’t included the days i was sick she only put the day when i see her.

Young, fun doctor very aware of my issues and proactive.
The only thing is I only realized it was a concierge office where you pay a membership after I booked the appointment. Not sure I can afford that. But being able to see someone very quickly may be worth it if you go to the doctor often, which I do not. At least not now.

The automated messages I received from the office had another doctors name in them which was confusing. I had to call the morning of my appointment to ask them to send me the link for the video call. The doctor showed up 10 minutes late to the call. She seemed a little distracted while we were talking but overall was friendly. I went to her for help refilling a prescription since my usual doctor was unavailable, so appreciate the office taking my appointment last minute.

This is the first time that I’ve been to the office and the appointment was right on time. I saw the doctor and she listened to me and made the corrections in my medicine so I was very happy. I should be getting it from the pharmacy today. I go back in two weeks, but it’s kind of nice to be able to get on the on the app and book an appointment and see that available times the nice thing is that I didn’t have to wait months to see a doctor. I don’t usually write reviews, but I really felt like Dr. Rachelle deserved one. She is honestly such a great doctor warm, caring, and so easy to talk to.
She really took her time with me, listened to everything I had to say, and made me feel completely comfortable. I never felt rushed or brushed off, which is so rare. You can tell she truly cares about her patients and wants to help in every way she can.
What stood out to me most is how thorough she is. She explains things in a way that actually makes sense, and you can tell she really knows what she’s doing. I left feeling reassured, taken care of, and grateful to have found her.
