Shai Meyerowitz was great with my son who has ADHD. He was able to teach him all about exercise, deep breathing, mindfulness and emotional awareness. These are things we already "knew" about but he was so great in getting it down to my son's level and making it really practical. My son can now use deep breathing when he gets really upset- incredible!! Thank you Rabbi My!

Shai is great! He works so well with our son and connects with him. He also stays in touch with the parents and is constantly coming up with creative ideas to help our son with his ADHD.

Shai Meyerowitz, MSW, LMSW is a Licensed Social Worker at the Master’s level. He attended Long Island University and majored in child and family welfare. He conducted extensive research in ADHD interventions to motivate and inspire children with ADHD in school and daily living. Shai treats ADHD, anger management, social skills challenges, anxiety,depression and bullying issues. He gives children a therapist whom they are excited to spend time with and he provides a safe place and the skills for them to work through whatever challenges come their way. Shai is caring, nurturing and fun. Kids enjoy sessions and grow tremendously through their work with him. He enjoys sports and is an avid hockey fan and player.
