Ms. Randall earned her master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Grand Canyon University. She is committed to making high-quality mental health care widely accessible and to building happier, healthier communities. She is currently working under supervision of therapist Melissa South. She offers consultations to patients facing emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges that affect their quality of life.
What should a new client know about working with you?
My therapy style is warm, collaborative, and client-centered. I believe the foundation of effective therapy begins with a strong, trusting rapport where you feel supported, heard, and respected. My role is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space for you to explore your emotions and thoughts at your own pace. Together, we’ll identify challenges, set realistic goals, and develop practical tools to help you navigate life’s difficulties with greater confidence and resilience.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
Our work together begins with an initial session where we will explore what brings you to therapy, your goals as well as your expectations. I will ask questions to gather information and explore current challenges. We will establish goals and I will create a treatment plan based on your needs. During the ongoing sessions, we will deeply explore the challengers in your life. As well as, your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. With the goal of helping you gain insight and develop strategies.
