The approach I use is therapy, it is eclectic and creative which are pieces of my personality. It is important that the individuals that I work with know I will assist with fostering change. The individuals I have an opportunity to work with will experience fun during their remote session. Although, they could experience hard events in their life people come to therapy to be uplifted and heal. The biggest barrier for people to seek and access care is knowing where to go to get care. There are ads and commercials for medication but rarely do I see the same for therapy.
Therapy needs the same attention as all other services. The stigma for therapy is a barrier for people to obtain therapy.
I only Accept Medicare part B and cash pay only for now, insurance coming soon
