I really enjoy my sessions with Shannon. Therapy was a little scary for me at first but I've grown very comfortable with her very quickly. Definitely recommend giving Shannon a try if you are seeking a new therapist.

My approach
As a clinician, it is most important for me to meet the client where they are at and then move forward together.
