I really enjoy my sessions with Shannon. Therapy was a little scary for me at first but I've grown very comfortable with her very quickly. Definitely recommend giving Shannon a try if you are seeking a new therapist.

My approach
As a clinician, it is most important for me to meet the client where they are at and then move forward together. My most common therapeutic approaches have typically ranged from cognitive behavioral therapy to psychodynamic therapy. However, I find it most helpful to treat each client based on their individual needs and experiences.
