My therapist, Shantell Harris has changed my life. She helped heal me from chronic pain that was caused by stored trauma. She is helping me to live my life in the moment instead of dwelling in the past or worrying about my future. My quality of life has improved tenfold since she began working with me.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social worker. I believe that healing is possible, we all deserve healthy relationships, and also to make new memories. I have clinical experience working with adults , adolescents and families. In my work, I use an integrated client centered approach where I utilize psychodynamic, and cognitive-behavioral treatment strategies. I use a collaborative approach to empower the client to have choices and to face life’s most difficult times. My areas of specialty include life transitions, depression, anxiety, trauma disorders, and grief.

Shantell focuses on what you want to work on and helps you figure out why you are responding and reacting a certain way. Over the last year and a half I've been able to sustain my progress and continually work on bettering myself and my reactions to the world around me. Shantell is the best therapist I've ever had and I'm so glad we are working together.

Shantell is amazing at listening and developing a plan to help you progress in the areas you want to work on. She also is great at giving different suggestions to help you grow in those areas. Overall she's the best therapist I've ever had. I feel like it is easy the share and connect with her. She also truly puts in the effort to get to know you and what's going on in your life.
