Sharain understands that life can be hard and often presents challenges we are not always prepared to face. Having a support system is essential to maintaining emotional resiliency, moral reasoning, and restoring hope when life's burdens become too heavy to carry alone. Depression, anxiety, and relationship conflicts can catch us by surprise, but there are coping skills that can serve as a bridge over troubled waters. Sharain has worked with teens through adults of various ages who have faced a wide range of mental, emotional, and behavioral health issues. She offers a safe space for clients to express their feelings and leans toward CBT and Solution-Focused Therapy. However, each client has the opportunity to decide what form of therapy will be best for them. Sharain enjoys building rapport with clients to discover how to help them move toward living their best, most ideal life. office environment was awful. no receptionist to assist. and to top it off psychologist was late and ended appointment early. felt like session was only 30 mins vs the hour that is paid for. won't be returning
