Life stressors, relationships, parental/family difficulties; trouble coping? Job difficulties, trauma,
recovery, imbibing a bit too much? Sad or depressed? Feeling anxious? Challenged? Are you
experiencing loss of a loved one, a pet or job?
I am a seasoned professional, well-traveled, well-read, former business entrepreneur who
brings life experience to the table with empirically based treatment individually suited to each
person. I trained in the largest public health system in New York City in Adult Outpatient,
Inpatient, and Recovery Departments. I also completed a fellowship in major Geriatric Inpatient
and Homecare Hospital for the Aged and Infirmed.
In a safe, empathetic, and compassionate atmosphere I offer client-centered, solution-focused
strength-based therapy. Additionally, I provide mindfulness training and learning for
understanding the body mind connection through creative techniques which enable the client
to identify problem areas and help reach his/her goals in timely manner. Additional treatment
modalities include CBT, group therapy, and psychotherapy as needed.
