With over a decade of experience, I utilize a trauma-informed approach along with various evidence-based therapeutic modalities to guide my clients on their healing journeys. Born and raised in Hartford, CT, I witnessed firsthand the challenges and barriers faced by those living in a struggling inner city, both within the home and in the community.
