“I was very happy with my session, she is a great listener but also provided really good things to focus on and do in my every day life to help with my anxiety. She was also very patient with me and my nerves. I would my train of thought a few times and would sometimes over talk. She did not mind at all and made me feel comfortable that I was able to get back on track pretty easily. I am very happy with my first session and can’t wait for more.”

“Briana is an exceptional therapist. She excels at acting on her strong knowledge of CBT concepts by empowering me to put things into practice. Briana is able to challenge me while keeping goals reasonable. She asks questions, guides discussions , and gently suggests (but does not force) follow-up work. This has facilitated progress both during sessions and between them. I’m in a better place now than when I started seeing her. Briana is a kind, caring, intelligent person. I’m lucky to learn from her, and I will continue to see her until I move to a state outside of her practicing area.”

Getting to know Briana Dovi

Making that first call to a therapist takes real courage, but the rewards can be profound. I would be honored to be the one to support you. I have a passion for working with adults who are struggling with depression, anxiety, panic, relationship issues, women's health, grief, trauma, self-esteem, life transitions, and many other struggles. Together, we can build you up and learn techniques to make life a little more manageable. I hold a Master's in Social Work from the University of Texas, Arlington, which has equipped me to provide compassionate and effective care.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Sessions are safe and non-judgmental. I dialogue with my clients, ongoing so they feel they have a space to be themselves and freedom to learn how to be a better version of themselves.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.

This is my first experience with Therapy and Briana has made it very easy to open up and be myself. I am really enjoying my sessions with her so far!
Working with Briana has been a true delight! She's been instrumental in guiding me towards prioritizing my mental health. Amidst grief and anxiety, Briana has introduced me to various coping methods and strategies, providing invaluable support as I navigate through each day. I wholeheartedly recommend connecting with Briana; she's been an incredible support system as I strive to care for myself and others.
Briana was incredibly helpful to work with; I really appreciated that she validated the things I felt I was struggling with, but also emphasized figuring out the problem and finding a solution rather than dwelling on something without taking action. Her suggestions for approaching some situations, particularly with difficult work relationships, have been extremely effective, and I would highly recommend her to anyone. I'm sorry I can't continue working with her due to my move to a different state, but it's clear she's amazing at what she does!
Briana is amazing! I have made so much progress in my mental health because of her. The techniques she suggested have helped my anxiety so much and have improved my day-to-day life. I am so thankful to have her as my therapist!
