Hello! My name is Shera. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and a Registered Art Therapist (ATR). I hold a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lesley University. With a background in anthropology and studio art, I am passionate about merging my interests into a positive and creative therapeutic practice. I have professional clinical experience working with children, families, and adults in a variety of settings, including residential and outpatient. I have worked extensively with those struggling with anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, and behavioral issues. I also enjoy working with those on a path of self-discovery. I utilize art making within my therapeutic practice to engage my clients in creative ways to explore, process, and learn. I am excited to continue working with individuals to help you live your life to your greatest potential.
