My background as a therapist:
As a Licensed Professional Counselor, my goal is to help you to identify a healthy balance of life's challenges. I have a diversified counseling background. I have been working as a therapist on an inpatient mental health floor for the past seven years. Prior to that I was an Outpatient therapist. I have experience working with all ages, but i have been working with adults, young adults and older adults for the past seven years. I also have experience working with adolescents and children ages 10 and older.
I started my counseling career back in 1997, working at a Partial Mental Health Hospital. From there I worked as School Based Counselor for a local Middle School in PA.
