I arrived about 10 minutes late but I called to let the office knows. As I arrived, I was given paperwork's that took about 10 minutes to complete and waited for another 10 minutes to be called in. Everything was prompt. I like the attending Therapist. They were both professional and courteous.
The only thing I will say is that instead of filling out the paperwork in the office, it should have been posted via ZocDoc where I had contacted them - so I would have filled out the paperwork online before arrival.
Other than that.... I give A+++++
