About Simone Khedaru

Simone graduated from Hunter college with her Bachelors degree in Psychology, and went on to receive her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Long Island University in 2025. Here, she went on to experience 4 clinical rotations in the outpatient orthopedic, and inpatient acute are settings. She developed her passion for helping others through her own experience as injured student athlete when she was younger. Throughout her clinical experiences she has grown a strong passion for treating general orthopedic conditions, geriatrics, neuro, and has developed her own love for treating knee and shoulder injuries based on her own past experience with injuries. Simone has had the pleasure of treating patients pre-operatively, post operatively, athletes, pediatrics in the orthopedic setting, TMJ, and outpatient neuromuscular PT for neurodegenerative conditions. Born and raised in Queens, NY, Simone enjoys staying active, going to the gym and taking part in fitness activities in her spare time. She is a coffee lover and enjoys reading and finding new coffee spots in the city to enjoy.
