She holds dual master’s degrees in Social Work and Human Services Administration and has earned a Master’s in Clinical Social Work from Chicago State University. With over 20 years of experience administering therapeutic interventions with children, adolescents, and adults, Sonya’s diverse and extensive background in Social Work provides a strong foundation to help clients address a range of issues, including depression, anxiety, perinatal and postnatal issues, grief, difficulties managing anger, low self-esteem, family conflicts, academic difficulties, peer conflict, and work stress.
