SO THAT THERE ARE NO MISUNDERSTANDINGS
I am a Physiatrist,who specializes in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. I have extra training and certifications in Pain Management and Obesity/Weight Loss Management. I see patients for all of the conditions below and several not listed so if you think you have something different from below I may be able to help or refer you to the right specialist. I also do referal to my physical therapy and occupational therapy departments. Also if you can't make the times I have available, I might be able to see you at a different location or possibly at your time if I am available and given sufficient notice, at least 2 days notice. Also I require a prior telephone interview for all pain medication prescription appointments to explain my policies and requirements as I do not just hand out narcotics prescriptions with no documentation.
