Following this, he completed an Interventional Pain Medicine fellowship at Montefiore Medical Center. Prior to rejoining Mount Sinai as a faculty member, Dr. Harbus was in private practice. Dr. Harbus has published multiple articles, written multiple book chapters, has presented locally and nationally at numerous conferences, and was recently lead editor of a textbook, A Case-Based Approach to Neck Pain. Dr. Harbus believes in alleviating pain for his patients by using interventional techniques, pharmacotherapy, physical therapy and by having collaborative discussions about lifestyle. He is dedicated to providing customized treatment plans for each of his patients, taking into account their functional status and goals.
