Working with Stacie is great, she just gets me! She gives me the safe space I need to talk about whatever is bothering me, but also to share the good stuff too. She is attentive and caring in all the ways a therapist should be. Highly recommend!

I was nervous to start therapy, but it has been the best decision for my mental health! Stacie Benick is the most caring and understanding therapist. She makes me feel comfortable to share anything on my mind and provides insight and compassion. I highly recommend her!

Stacie has been very helpful in helping me work through many of my issues. She offers me great coping methods and helps me view my problems from a different angle. She is really easy to talk to and very down-to-earth. My previous therapist was like talking to a robot, but Stacie is so real and genuine!

I love Stacie! She never makes me feel like this is a job to her. She is so genuine and down-to-earth, and she really pays attention. She never rushes me, she creates a safe space, and I look forward to our sessions every week. Highly recommend!

Stacie is the BEST!!! She is an amazing listener and allows for open and honest conversation coupled with tools to move through whatever is causing me stress. She just has a way about her that makes you feel comfortable and able to open up. I literally CRIED during our first session which is unheard of for me!

I was nervous to start therapy. I thought it meant I was crazy, or weak, or too sensitive. But Stacie taught me that therapy is safe space where I can say what is on my mind, without judgement, and really be me. Having someone to listen, REALLY listen, is invaluable. I keep notes in my phone throughout the week so that I remember to share it with her since it always feels better to process it together in our sessions.
