I help individuals struggling with a variety of issues, including anxiety, life transitions (college, moving, career change, divorce, etc.), depression, fertility issues, and couples and family therapy. I use a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and a psychodynamic approach to address symptoms and help clients more effectively reach solutions and therapy goals.
