My personality lends itself to working from a humanistic perspective. I emphasize seeing the whole individual by focusing on concepts such as free will, self-efficacy, self-actualization, and self-determination, while striving to help people fulfill their potential and maximize their well-being, rather than concentrating solely on dysfunctional aspects of the person and/or their environment.
Ultimately, I believe being ?successful? looks different for different people and organizations; therefore, effective development is designed with a ?different strokes for different folks? approach that is geared toward growth.
I hold a Master's in Clinical Social Work from The University of Oklahoma and a Bachelor's degree from Oklahoma State University.
