I work with people that are going through lifes hardships including but not limited to, trauma, childhood abuse, depression, marital conflict, anxiety, and general relationship problems. I believe that each person has the ability to heal and find the answers they are looking for. I am honored when clients allow me to walk with them on that journey. I do my best to provide a compassionate and caring atmosphere for each client.
I counsel individuals, couples, and families using evidence based practices and the clients own strengths to achieve a positive outcome. I encourage collaboration with the client and then we select a path for treatment that works best to ensure that the client's needs are met.
I feel it is an honor to work with my clients and to be invited into their lives. I will do my best to honor and respect the relationship that we forge and to provide ethical services with compassion and care. I look forward to working with you.
