As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist practicing for over ten years; I use evidence-based strategies to support you and those important in your life as you seek resolution and recovery. Some models I use include CBT/DBT; narrative therapy; medical family therapy; and systemic therapies. I prioritize knowledge and insight; and would love to help you grow your understanding of yourself; others; and the world around you. When not at work; I can usually be found around animals.
