As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I specializing in eating disorders, OCD, anxiety, trauma recovery, depression, and life transitions. I am proficient in mindfulness practices, ACT, DBT,Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic approaches, and trauma-informed care.
I help clients tune into their body’s subtle sensations, aiding them in recognizing where emotions are stored physically. This somatic approach bridges the gap between traditional talk therapy and energetic shifts, ensuring that healing is not just mental but deeply embodied.
My experience has taught me that true healing is a journey, not a linear path. My role is not to "fix" the client, but to hold up the lantern and create a safe, sacred space where the client can explore their own inner world.
