Dr. Tamanna Khan is a staff physical therapist at Exchange Physical Therapy Group Jersey City. She earned her B.S. in Public Health from Rutgers University in 2018, and her DPT from Temple University in 2023.
During her graduate studies, Dr. Tamanna served as the Clinic Coordinator of Temple University’s Pro Bono Physical Therapy clinic. She was also awarded the Temple DPT Founder scholarship for “academic excellence, collaborative leadership, and potential to contribute to the profession of physical therapy”.
Dr. Tamanna has had the opportunity to complete clinical rotations in various settings including acute care at NYU Langone Health, outpatient orthopedics at Ivy Rehab, and pediatrics at Easter Seals. Throughout her rotations, she has gained experience working with: chronic pain, orthopedic injuries, neurological conditions, vestibular rehab, as well as pediatric conditions including developmental delay, torticollis, ASD, and rare genetic disorders.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Tamanna enjoys being a foodie, exploring the city, and spending time with her friends & family.
Dr. Tamanna looks forward to expanding her knowledge during her time at EPTG, while working towards fostering a positive therapeutic alliance to help patients reach their goals. She is most passionate about improving her patient’s quality of life and serving her community here in Hudson County.
