Hi! I am Tanvi, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I help those who are looking to overcome trauma, anxiety, and those who want to feel more confident in themselves.
Developing self compassion and confidence is possible. Happiness, calm and content can be achieved. Your anxious thoughts and fear can be stopped. It is possible for you to develop better communication and understanding with your loved ones. You can live in your present moment. Finding your calm does not have to be so hard.
You are not alone. Together we can help you manage your emotions and thoughts, in a way that makes life simpler for you. I offer flexible scheduling, and online video sessions so you can meet with me in the comfort of your own home/office.
