I believe everyone can benefit from mental health care, be it every week or a few times a year; it's good to show up for yourself in a way you never knew you needed. From my own experience, I acknowledge that it can be hard to reach out when you feel alone, burnt out, or like the weight of the world is on your shoulders. These feelings can be challenging to cope with by yourself, especially when belonging to communities in which mental health and wellness are still considered "luxuries" or "weaknesses." It would be great for us to reach a point where no one feels they have to wait until reaching their breaking point before seeking help, but I know that's not reality. I hope that if you fall into the previous category, or you're new to therapy and want to begin emphasizing your mental health and wellness, you allow me to show you what counseling can do for you.
