How friendly and open Tiara was. She created a very safe environment for me to talk about my feelings and experiences .

Most of her appointments are via zoom. I hate downloading new unnecessary apps, however, as I was freaking out, the mesh/connection between the software program her office uses to keep track of clients and zoom was flawless. She literally “walked” with me from my previous appointment to the bus stop. I tried to keep my own privacy and hipaa concerns and she was accommodating by waiting for those strategic pauses. She could hear me and I could hear her. Video was there. I was distracted by being in public (my fault), but she provided clear feedback, asked pointed questions, and even engaged with me with a plan of action for our next visit. I get the feeling she tailors her structure of visits based on the clients, but her personality seems too steadfast to waiver. So basically, she is the same rhythm and engagement across all clients who choose to see her and even across the tricky teleconference medium.

It is so hard to find a therapist, but she is amazing so far on my first virtual appointment! What I liked was her bright warm personality and also sense of humor. She is very thorough as well which is specifically what I was looking for. She also provides answers to issues.
