It’s good. I do feel better after each session. I feel that it’s therapeutic. I guess it’s mainly because I’m getting things off of my chest that have been bothering me for a long time. I think I’m going through the preliminary stage right now, where I’m getting things out in the open. Then the counselor will guide me on what to do.
As far as making appointments, it has been fairly easy.

I am in a mental health crisis and I was able to get an appointment right away. They answered the phone on the first call that I made. I didn’t have to leave a voicemail. In this day and age that is something.!!!
